Cancellation Policy
Deposits and Payments: A non refundable deposit of $150.00 dollars per person is required on all tours
with the exception of daytours. Deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Final payment is required 45 days
prior to departure. For daytours, full payment must be received within 7 days of booking. Forms of payment include
cheque, Visa, MasterCard, cash, or money order. Booking and confirming your seats with full payment more than 90
days prior to departure will entitle you to a 3% discount.
Cancellation Policy: Carson Tours must receive written notification of cancellation. The effective date is
the date Carson Tours receives notification of cancellation. The following legend displays cancellation penalties:
More than 45 days prior to departure . . . No Refund on deposit
44-30 days prior to departure . . . . . . . . 25% Penalty
29-15 days prior to departure . . . . . . . . 50% Penalty
14 -0 days prior to departure . . . . . . . . 100% Penalty
Therefore, we highly recommend you purchase Cancellation and Interruption Insurance at the time of booking to
protect you against losses in the event of an emergency causing you to cancel your trip or circumstances resulting
in your return home in the midst of your trip.
