As we move through this new millennium, presented here are many familiar places to visit, as well as new vacations we have added for your travel enjoyment. We look forward to providing you with the best motor coach adventures possible. Our trips usually fill up well in advance, so it is a good idea to book early to avoid disappointment.

The following information is provided so that you will get the most out of your Carson Holiday without worry or undue stress.

Carson Tours brings carefree travel in our luxurious 2008 Setra S417 Travel Coach. Excellent travel combined with professional driving and tour services makes us the preferred motor coach company of Edmonton and area.

Reservations: Reservations should be made well in advance to avoid disappointment. With many returning patrons, tours book early and our capacity is limited. A deposit of $150.00 per person is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

Insurance: Medical and cancellation Insurance is available through Carson Tours; please inquire at the time of booking. Medical insurance is highly recommended especially when traveling into the United States.

U.S. Travel: Traveling with a passport is preferred. If you decide not to carry a passport, traveling into the United States requires two forms of identification-one with a photograph, as a driver's license and the other your birth certificate. Keep these certificates in a safe place.

Luggage: We clearly tag your luggage for easy handling and identification. In order to accommodate all passengers, luggage is restricted to two pieces, one large suitcase and one carry-on bag per person.

Film & Pictures: Don't forget your camera! Taking enough film with you will eliminate the hassle of finding film in strange locations and allow you to never miss a wanted shot!

Tour Guide: Your tour guide is an integral part of the program. Mike, the owner and operator of Carson Tours personally guides most tours. He is also your driver. If there are any concerns, he can solve your problems. Our commitment is to provide you with the best holiday possible.

Meals: While your travel, accommodations, special events and other attractions are included, in order to cater to a variety of tastes, meals are your responsibility. (We do stop and provide plenty of time.) Some special events include meals and are indicated in the detailed travel itinerary.

Responsibilities: Your responsibility is to enjoy yourself. While Carson Tours strives to provide a carefree vacation, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage, injury or death that occurs as a result of acts of God, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our direct control.

Discounts: You can qualify for a 3% discount on trips booked and paid 90 days or more in advance.
